Hello World!

Welcome to my blog!
I’m Kavish, a seasoned enginner with 7+ years of experience working in DevOps and Platform Engineering. I have build multiple different solutions in my career, worked with teams from different domains, and with a variety of tech stacks.
I have seen 2 AM downtimes, been part of bridge meetings during outages filled with chaos, pressure, and treasure hunt to find and fix the issue. I have also developed solutions from zero to production, and maintained exisiting solutions with adding new improvements. I have been an individual contributor as well as led a team. I have seen failures, learned from them, fixed exisiting processes and documentation, and build missing ones. To sum up, I have learned and improved significantly in past 7.5 years of my career on multiple levels.
Let’s come to the main question - Why I started this blog and what you can expect from this corner of the internet?
I have been writing blogs in the past on platforms like Medium, and LinkedIn. I like to share raw learnings, solutions, and most importantly the real experience without any filters.
I started this blog to have a more personal feel for me and my readers, and share the valuable lessons I learn in DevOps and Platform Engineering. I won’t be writing about each and everything. I will write about problems I solved, new techologies I learned, and any exiting or new ideas/solutions that could benefit others in the community.
If something I write helps you, I’d genuinely love to know. If you disagree with something, I’d love that even more — reach out on LinkedIn or drop me an email.
And if you’re working on something interesting in the platform engineering space, my inbox is always open.
Thank You!
